Registration for the IADR General Session is now open! Your IADR General Session registration provides you full access to the General Session, scientific sessions, poster sessions, the Exhibition and more. Name badges will be checked at all sessions and events.

Note to Presenters: IADR requires that all accepted presenters pre-register for the meeting by the presenter pre-registration deadline of April 20, 2012. Failure to pre-register by this date will result in the automatic withdrawal of your presentation. If you plan on registering at the IADR membership rate, please complete your annual renewal in advance of the presenter pre-registration deadline to allow ample processing time.

Non-presenter Pre-registration Deadline: May 4, 2012.

REGISTRATION RATES:

* Membership dues must be paid in full on or before the pre-registration deadline for you to qualify for the member registration fee.

** Register by May 4 to take advantage of the special rates above. Members and non-members save $100 by registering by the pre-registration deadline.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE: IADR Members and student Members residing in Latin American Region countries are eligible for a reduced registration fee, as well as the ability to pay IADR General Session registration through 3 equal installments.

IADR Members and student Members from the following countries in the Latin American Region are eligible for the reduced registration fee: Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Non-members are not eligible to participate in either the reduced fee or installment payments. The full installment plan payments must to be completed prior to the presenter pre-registration deadline (April 20, 2012).  Payment will be made on the following schedule:

Dates prior to March 15: 1^st Payment
March 15: 2^nd Payment
April 15: 3^rd Payment

• Any payments received after March 14 will no longer be eligible for the installment payments but will receive the reduced rate pricing. 
• Installment payment #1 is non-refundable.
• Registration rates with installments are higher due to the administrative costs of managing multiple payments.
• Only meeting products (registrations, ticketed events, accompanying persons) are available as installment payments. IADR membership cannot be paid via installment.

• To register as a member, you must have activated or renewed your 2012 membership by the time you register. If you wish to join the Association to take advantage of the lower membership registration fee, please pay your dues at the time of registration. Membership applications are available online at www.iadr.org/membership. If your membership dues payment is not received and processed by the start of the meeting, you will automatically be charged the full non-member registration rate for the meeting. This additional charge will be deducted from your credit card. If your original payment was by check, you will receive an invoice payable on site at the meeting.
• If you register online, you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your registration. The information supplied on the Internet is passed through a secured server. Please note that credit card payment is required for those registering online.
• Accompanying Persons: Meeting delegate’s students, lab technicians, colleagues, past IADR/AADR members, co-authors, etc., do not qualify as accompanying persons and are required to pay the appropriate registration fee if they wish to attend.
• IADR does not allow meeting registration substitutions. Registration fees may not be transferred to another person. Anyone unable to attend the meeting after paying must cancel his/her registration. The registration fee will be refunded if the request is received prior to the cancellation deadline date. The new registrant must then register separately and pay the appropriate registration fee. If you are a presenter substitution, the same policy applies. The original presenter must register for the meeting and then cancel (refund amount will depend on when the cancellation occurs) before the substitution can be processed. The new presenter must then register and pay the applicable rate.
• Financial disclaimer: IADR reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category and make any necessary corrections. For example, a full-time faculty member that chooses the Accompanying Person or Student rate will be corrected upon review. IADR reserves the right to charge his/her credit card the difference in registration fees.
• Letters of invitation: All invitation letters will be sent to the registered delegate via email as a PDF attachment. An original letter can be sent by regular mail upon request on the registration form; please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Expedited shipping of original invitation letters is available for an additional charge. Please contact registration@iadr.org to request express shipping.
• If you fax your registration form or complete the online form, DO NOT mail the original, or you may be registered and billed twice.
